Getting to see this film Godzilla 2017 Resurgence on the big screen was truly special for me. Perhaps that's why I have to give it an extra nod but it is a good Godzilla film in that sense. Basically, it was a backlash at the American film for nearly ruining the franchise of the big green guy and it definitely reminds us all who the REAL Godzilla is. Organ is a questionable opponent in my opinion but the final fight scene is entertaining enough.
Whether it's the human villain who used the heroes as bait for Godzilla facing the monster down on top of a skyscraper with a kamikaze yell or the last lines in the movie why does Godzilla keep protecting us [Cut to Godzilla Resurgence leveling a skyscraper? I guess there is a little bit of Godzilla in each one of us. you'll sit back and laugh at this one. A 60 million-year-old rock is discovered in the ocean that when brought to the surface of the water raises itself upward in the direction of the sun. With the return of Godzilla the rock lifts out of the water and heads toward the towering menace. After doing a brief battle with it is revealed that an alien space ship is underneath the rock. And it is trying to morph itself into a creature more powerful that Godzilla. Organ the creature that is made sets his eye on destroying Godzilla and then the Earth.
